This Site contains age-restricted materials. If Subscriber is under the age of 18 years, or under the age of majority in the location from where accessing this Site Subscriber does not have authorization or permission to enter or access any of its materials. If Subscriber is over the age of 18 years and over the age of majority in the location from where accessing this site by entering the website Subscriber hereby agrees to comply with these terms and conditions.
Our Service is billed on a subscription basis (“Subscription(s)”). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (“Billing Cycle”). Billing cycles are set either on a daily, monthly, multi-monthly, or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription. The Contract is closed as soon as the order is submitted.
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it or you are notified of a price adjustment otherwise. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through our billing companies (Epoch.com, SegPay.com) page or by contacting our customer support team for RocketGate/RGNative/All other billers.
A valid payment method, including credit card or PayPal, is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide us with accurate and complete billing information including full name, state, zip code, and a valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize us, to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.
Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, additional attempts will be made to in an attempt to fulfill your payment. Otherwise, your membership will be terminated and any customized settings revoked.
Access to our site and our media is restricted solely to the Subsciber and is expressly forbidden to anyone below the age of 18 years of age.
The Subsciber is granted access to our Members Area for the single site in which they joined.
If Bonus or Network sites access was included with the membership, the Bonus sites and access offered may change at our discretion during an active membership. The Subsciber must agree to the terms specified at each of the Bonus/Network sites.
We may, at our sole discretion, offer a Subscription as a trial for a limited period of time. These memberships will recur at a monthly, multi-monthly, or yearly rate. We often only offer these trials exclusively on our Credit Card and PayPal join forms.
We, in our sole discretion and at any time, may modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle.
We will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective.
Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you must notify the Billing Support of the company which processed your order Epoch.com, SegPay.com, or Ourselves 48 hours before your billing cycle ends.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Order Cancellation on Merchandise:
Customers may cancel their order at any time before the item has been shipped. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order number.
Final Sale After Shipment:
Once an order has been shipped, all sales are final. We cannot cancel, modify, or refund orders after they have been dispatched.
Responsibility:
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping information is correct before completing checkout. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
Refunds or credits will not be issued for partially used Memberships. The Subscriber may contact Billing Support for a refund, we reserve the right to grant or deny refunds at our own discretion.
All Chargebacks will result in the permanent ban of your email, credit card, and address in our system. All Chargebacks will result of an investigation of your personal information including, but not limited to the Subscriber’s username, IP, and geolocation as logged by the Service.
Contact us with any details that may help us unearth any fraudulent activity before requesting a Chargeback from your Credit Card company.
1. If you have a complaint about Midnightbloomfilms.com, please use our support form or send your complaint to support@midnightbloomfilms.com. Include your name, address, contact details, a description of your complaint and, if your complaint relates to Content, the URL for the Content to which your complaint relates.
2. How we will deal with your complaint:
a. We will take such steps as we consider to be appropriate to investigate your complaint within 5 business days.
